Overview
Genaxy 2D cryo vials are cryogenic storage tubes with 2D barcodes designed for secure, organized, long-term storage of biological samples at ultra-low temperatures. These vials are ideal for lab and research settings needing accurate identification, tracking, and retrieval of samples. The 2D barcodes permit unique codes for each vial, enhancing sample organization, minimizing identification errors, and improving inventory management.
DUAL INJECTION
Tubes are dually injected with the barcode area, which will eliminate the danger of losing barcode getting detached from the tube. Caps are dually injected with elastomer which eliminates the need for the Silicone O-ring, and ensures the leak-proof and secure liquid handling.
HIGH QUALITY BARCODES
Maple’s 2D and 1D barcodes are easier to read, even in cryogenic temperatures.
DNASE, RNASE, ENDOTOXIN (PYROGEN) FREE
All tubes and racks are manufactured in the cleanroom environment, and all are DNase, RNase, and Endotoxin (Pyrogen) free.
TWIST LOCK & LID LOCK
All racks feature Twist Lock and Lid Lock for easy handling and security. Twist Lock ensures the tubes to stay in place while the caps are being capped/decapped, making automation possible. Lid Lock ensures that the lid is securely locked with the body of the rack, eliminating the possibility of contamination.
IDEAL FOR CRYOGENIC STORAGE
Suitable for temperature range of -196°C (w/ screwcap) to 121°C, which enables cryogenic storage and autoclaving.
